Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation and Booking:

Planning your stay with us is a breeze! Simply visit our website, click on “Book Your Stay,” and select your preferred dates. Before making your reservation, please ensure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions. We kindly request guests to sign a rental agreement and submit a $300 deposit, collected separately and held prior to your arrival. For stays of less than five nights, there is a one-time fee of $20 payable during the reservation process. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Guest receives 97.00% if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival;
• Guest receives 50.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival;
• No refunds within 7 days of arrival.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:

Flexibility and convenience is our top priority. Arriving and departing is hassle-free with our check-in and check-out process. You can check in any time after 3:00 PM, and we kindly request that you check out by 11:00 AM. Our self check-in option with the smart lock ensures a smooth and convenient arrival experience. Before your arrival, we will provide you with a 4-digit access code to enter on the lock keypad at the front door.

4. Guest Responsibilities and property liability:

As our guest, we kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay. While we strive to provide a comfortable environment, please be aware that guests are responsible for their own actions and belongings. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur during your stay. Additionally, we request that you respect the property and its contents, following any instructions provided for proper use. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these responsibilities, understanding that Casierra Vacations LLC and its representatives cannot be held liable for any incidents that may arise. Your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant and secure environment is greatly appreciated.

Additional rules:

• Smoking allowed outside.
• Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Please respect the quiet enjoyment of our neighbors.
• The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 6. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy.
• Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• The laundry room is available for guests with reservations of five nights or more with a fee of $20 payable during the reservation process. Should you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
• Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly request that you maintain a peaceful environment during these hours, respecting the comfort of the neighbors.

5. Termination of Agreement:

In the event of violation of any of the terms and conditions, including the property rules, Casierra Vacations LLC reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and require an immediate departure from the property. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these guidelines to ensure a pleasant and harmonious experience for all guests.
